Banners
Definition & Dimensions: Standard banners (468x60 pixels, 160x600 pixels, 120x90 pixels) which employ rich media technologies such as HTML, Flash, and Java.
Rich Media File Size: (Up to) 25k on initial load; (Up to) an additional 80k may be loaded after a user "mouses over" (moves their cursor over) or clicks on the banner.
Expansion: A banner may expand up to 728x210 if the user mouses over or clicks on it. If the banner expands on rollover, it should automatically close when the cursor moves off the banner. If the banner expands on click, it can remain expanded until the user clicks a clearly labeled "close" button.
Non-Rich File Size: Non-rich media file size should be no more than 30k.
Audio/Video: A banner may play audio and/or video after a user clicks on it. The banner should also display a visible "stop" or "pause" button once the audio/video begins.
