Dubai Investment Park Development Company (DIPDC) was established in 1997 to solely develop, operate and manage Dubai Investment Park (DIPARK), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments (DI). DIPARK is an industrial, business, residential and recreational development, located east of Dubai and covers an area of 345,000,000 square feet. With one phase left to completion, the park has 800 registered companies from different types of industries such as cosmetics and food, light engineering, logistics and distributions, paper products and plastics.
